Unable to download backup

    Hi there,
    After pressing the download button, I receive the 403 message:
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/ai1wm-backups/xxxx.wpress on this server.
    Could you inform me how to solve this, so I can download the backup?

    Hi Erika,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    The reason why you cannot download the .wpress file directly from the download button is that your server does not support .wpress file type.
    You may need to either add .wpress file type in your web server configuration (mime type application/octet-stream) or download the .wpress file that you have exported via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups) instead.
