Unable to download configuration

    My site is currently under construction, and as I am testing the features of the plugin, I notice the features I had in the demo, I do not have in the paid version.

    After a customer uses and purchases their configuration, they should be able to download the paid configuration.

    Account > Orders> in the order details customers should be able to download configuration image.

    This is not happening. One of the main selling points of the plugin was the ability for customers to download their image, and it is not in plugin.

    I launch my site in 4 days. If these feature is not this can be devastating to my business.

    Hi Tarzine,

    I do not see the “download configuration image”.

    In order to have the download link, several factors need to be checked:

    • The order status is set to “Completed”
    • The setting “Show configuration image in cart and checkout” needs to be enabled in the configurator settings.

    Are both these things OK but you still not get the download link?

    Marc, so much for your patience with me.

    The was completely user error, and not plugin error.
