    Hi,

I tested the link above and I get a popup window asking for some details before downloading the pdf files. Is that the correct process? I did not test the download option.

Also, you have mixed content issue in your site. This might be cause of this issue.

You can use the following link to help you troubleshoot this issue and more.

Hi mbrsolution, I would like the user to fill out a small form asking for there email, name, and if they will like to receive updates and emails. Then they are given the download. Thank you for the link I will follow the instructions and get back to you asap

Update: I followed the link you gave to me and looked around a lot of solutions I found to my problem was simply go to general settings and put https instead of http where it prompts me for my WordPress address URL and when I changed it to https, it still didn’t solve my issue unfortunately.

    Hi,

I would like the user to fill out a small form asking for there email, name, and if they will like to receive updates and emails. Then they are given the download.

What did you do to enable the above? What happens if you disable the form and allow the pdf file to be downloaded. Does this work?

    Regards.

Hi mbsolution, I have figured out the problem. Turns out a previously developer had written code in another area that was messing with the plug in. Thank you.
