I’m having an odd issue recently that I can’t download any new plugins.

After Clicking the install button on a plugin after going to Plugins – Add New just seems to turn grey for a moment then refreshes with nothing happening.

I haven’t had the issue previously and I currently have a number of plugins loaded on my site, I just can’t download anything new.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • The view you are clicking on is not a WordPress view. It is probably some plugin or theme that provides it. Go to “Installed Plugins” and deactivate the plugin responsible for this. If you don’t know which one it is, deactivate all of them as a test. You should then see the normal view for installing plugins. If you can install plugins normally there, then the problem is with the other view.

Thanks, I never realized. It looks like Siteground who was my host auto installed some plugin called “SiteGround Central” that changed the look. Since it started that way for me I never realized it was not the default.
