Unable to download woocommerce plugin

  • For some reason I’m unable to install the plugin for woocommerce. It tells me it’s already in the directory but I don’t know what that means.

    Have you tried reaching out to your hosting company about this?

    If I try to go to the site you are asking about it shows an error stating that it cannot connect to the database.
