Unable to Drag/Drop Widgets after Plug-in

    Hello,

    After activating this plug-in, I’m unable to drag/drop widgets into the widget area. It seems to hang while saving the widget. When I deactivate the plug-in, this doesn’t occur and as usual, I’m able to drag/drop widgets into the widget area and save them without a problem. Was curious if anyone else was experiencing this problem too? When I do activate the plug-in, however, it works great.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us and apologize for any issues you have with our plugin.

    Could you please deactivate uninstall the plugin and then install it again? We don’t have any report about that issue do there might be some installation issue. Could you also send me PHP version you are using?

    Hi.

    Yes. Deactivated, deleted and reinstalled. This appears to have solved this.

    Yes. We are using PHP Version 5.6.36.
