    Hi,

I’ve just come across a major issue whilst trying to edit an event, I can no longer add or edit tickets in Events manager pro. When I go onto Edit an event and have “Enable registration for this event” ticked, if I click “Edit” on an already added ticket type, it just disappears completely and nothing happens. If I reload the page it appears again.

When I click “Add New Ticket” the error console in Google Chrome shows this:

“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined events-manager.js?ver=5.5:207”

I’m running 3.6 WordPress on Multisite and running 5.5 Dev of Events Manager and 2.3.4 of Events Manager Pro, I urgently need a fix for this as I’ve got a ticket to modify for an event that’s happening Friday and need to add a promotional ticket which would allow me to sell more, please, please please help ??

    Thanks
    Russell

Just to confirm, I’ve tried disabling all plugins, tried in different browsers and with a different theme,

    Cheers

    Hi Russ,

If you’re on EM Pro 2.3.7 you should upgrade – there’s chance that will fix the problem. You can also get priority response in the Pro forums if you’re still having a problem.

    Hi,

I don’t have access to 2.3.7 nor the pro support forums as my year’s subscription has ended, I was under the impression that it would continue to work with Events manager properly without needing to be upgraded?

    Thanks

We do our best to make EM updates compatible with older versions of pro, however this is not something we can guarantee, we can’t predict what we’ll be working on and improving down the line.

However, I don’t think this is a Pro/EM issue (2.3.4 should be fine). In fact, we fixed this in 5.5.1 which was released yesterday.

    Hi Marcus,

Yea that makes sense, I just updated to 5.5.1 but unfortunately the problem persists ?? Any other ideas?

    Cheers

try refreshing your page because maybe the old JS file is still in your browser cache.

    Hi Marcus,

I’ve refreshed the cache on the server, and opened a new browser and cleared all browsing data and still get the same issue I’m afraid,

did you also get this on frontend event submission form? if yes, can you share a sample link to your site with event submission form so we can check and analyze?
