    Hello.

    We were in contact about a month ago for the same reasons.
    Although the issue wasn’t resolved, I was able to briefly update the CSV files on the charts that I needed. But, the client has new updates and the same issues are occurring (never really stopped other than that brief window…after I updated the CSVs, I couldn’t edit them again.)

    I need to make sure that this is resolved this time. The client has indicated that they will need to update these charts as new data arrives, which can happen fairly frequently throughout the year.

    You mentioned possible JS errors and conflicts with other plugins. How can I determine if this is the issue? Or how can I troubleshoot further?
