Unable to edit form/box

    Hello,

    I recently installed this free plugin to test to make sure it would do what I needed. It does and I want to buy premuim, however, when I installed it on a second site, I am unable to edit the fields in the boxes. I click on heading and the box is highlighted but I am unable to edit any of the fields. The website has the latest version of WP and I removed any other widgets to do with mailchimp integration.

    Do you have any suggestions as to why I can’t edit the fields?

    Hi,

    Sorry that you are having this issue.

    First, let’s make sure there isn’t a theme conflict. If you temporarily switch themes (to TwentySixteen), does the issue remain?

    If it does not, then we can confirm that there is an error in the theme you have installed.

    You should also test for plugin conflicts. Does the issue remain if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for our plugin?

    If it does not, reactivate each plugin one-by-one until you find the culprit.

    Hello,

    I changed the theme and deactivate all plug ins as you suggested and it still wont work.

    It lets me “add” form but when I try to customise it, the screen refreshes and when I click on a field it puts a dashed blue line around the section but I cant edit anything.

    how can I send you my login details?

    What you are describing sound exactly like a browser compatibility issue I was having myself. Once we replicated it, we easily fixed it, and these fixes are already available to everyone.

    So to anyone experiencing similar issue please try updating our plugin.
