We are using Ultimate Member to manage our logged in users but there seems to be an issue with the forms. When I go to WP-admin > Ultimate Member > Forms > Edit [Form name] the page loads fine but none of the buttons or functions work.

When i use the ‘Inspect’ tool i can see that all the button hrefs are saying “javascript:void(0);”.

I have fully removed the plugin and reinstalled it and have also deactivated my caching plugins to see if that is the issue but without success.

Any ideas what might be happening here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @benjaminaperry

Does this issue occur with a default WP theme and leaving UM the only activated plugin?

    Thanks for your reply Champ.

It turns out it was the Media Deduper Pro plugin which was conflicting with Ultimate Members. Once i removed that plugin the problem was resolved.

Problem was that “test” users already had roles assigned to them – I removed their UM roles and now I can edit forms!! Hope this helps someone else!
