Unable to edit Heder and Footer

    Hi,

    The issue that I am addressing today is repetitive and has occured in the past. Somehow it goes on itself but now we are unable to edit the header or the footer.

    We tried all basic troubleshooting but still we are unable to edit the footer.

    Please provide us a resolution.

    We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding and for the inconvenience you have experienced. Sometimes, this issue can be caused by permalinks not being generated correctly. You can try regenerating the permalinks by going to Settings -> Permalinks and clicking the Save Changes button.
