Unable to edit Notification message

    Hi,
    I am setting up an automatic coupon and want to change the notification when quantity in cart is less than min quantity of coupon. It allows me to enter new text, but once saved it reverts to the default message. Any thoughts on why this would be happening?

    Sorry about this issue. I was able to find and fix this quickly. You may find version 2.1.20 resolves this bug. If you have any other problems, just reply to this thread.

    Hi @spacebunyip, sorry to hear that. It might take some troubleshooting. Can you tell me if there are any other coupon plugins installed on your site? If so, can you deactivate them and try saving the text?

    If that does not work, can you try to get the WP, WC, PHP and MySQL versions from wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status? That will be helpful too, as the text is saving successfully in my test environment, so I will compare what is different between our environments to try to isolate the bug.

    I have tested turning off all plugins apart from woocommerce and your plugin, as well as changing the theme to storefront. Still no luck.

    Thank you, this was helpful. At first glance the MySQL version 5.7 will be unsupported in less than a year. The most recent version is MySQL 8. I recommend asking your hosting company about upgrading to this version which is usually quick and easy. Some hosts offer the upgrade at the push of a button. Even if this is not the culprit it will be best to upgrade as you’ll typically see a speed improvement too.

    I will continue troubleshooting and will let you know for sure if the MySQL version is a contributing factor or if the bug is elsewhere.
