Tonight I updated my blog and published a new article. An hour or so after publishing I went back to make some changes and when I click on the post there is no text showing! I tried to create a new post and I wasn’t even able to type in the editor space. Have any of you experienced this or have an idea of what it might be? I’m starting to freak out…I don’t want to have to re-do everything! I am very new to Word Press and it stresses me out a bit so please in the answers break it down in easy terms! Also I am using version 4.4 and my theme is called Interactive.
    THANK YOU!!!

other things that would be useful:
which plugins do you have installed?
    who is your webhosting company?
do you have a backup of your website?

    Hi,
The following is a link to my website : https://www.whoelsebutkels.com

I have installed Askimet, contact form 7, Facebook widget, instagram feed, jetpack by wordpress, meta slider, mojo marketplace, responsive full width background slider pro, responsive video embeds, rss importer, simple pagination, simple share buttons adder, simple shortcakes, ultimate widgets light, visitors traffic real time statistics, and WP statistics.

I am using Blue Host and no I do not have a backup nor do I know how to create one.

This problem occurred last night but then this morning I was able to add a post and now I am not again.

    Thank you,
    Kelsie

Please rename content/plugins to content/pluginsold. This will turn off a plugins. If it now starts to work change the name back and disable your plugins one by one until you find out which one is conflicting.

after working with your plugins to see if one of them is causing a problem,
consider getting an automated backup solution
so you would have something to revert back to if you have future problems.
one idea is Vaultpress a paid option for backup (available in Jetpack)

Thank you for your help! I contacted the creator of my theme and he was able to fix it for me!
