Unable to edit or view Elementor page – Browser update screen displayed instead

    Good morning ! I’ve had this strange problem on my site for a day. When trying to edit a landing page on Elementor, next to the Elementor editing panel a screen prompting you to update Chrome is displayed. I tried on Edge and the same thing happens, a screen prompts to update Edge. I tried in private browsing mode and the problem occurs: instead of the page, a prompt appears to update Chrome. Apparently the problem does not occur on mobile.
    Could you please help me ?
    My configuration:
    -Bluehost

    • PHP Version: 7.4.33
    • PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    • PHP Max Input Vars: 1000
    • PHP Max Post Size: 516M
    • Write Permissions: All right
    • Elementor Library: Connected
    • WordPress version: 6.3.2
    • Theme: Digital Books

  • HI @jana92 . my apologies for what you are going through. I am sad to say your website is infected with malware. If you click on download install and run the .exe. files on Virustotal, they are actually flagged. You will need to clean up your website of the malware.
