Unable to edit pages in GeneratePress

  • I upgraded to the new version of GeneratePress today. After updating I was unable to edit my welcome page. Hoping the issue was because I have held off updating to WordPress 4.7.2, I backed up the database and upgraded to 4.7.2. I was still unable to edit my welcome page.

    I would like to know how to correct this issue, and I would appreciate hearing from you. I like the theme and prefer not to move to a different one unless absolutely necessary.

    Hi there,

    Sorry you are experiencing this. However we haven’t had anyone else reporting this issue.

    Can you test to see if everything works if you use one of the twenty-series themes?

    If it works that way, can you activate GP again and try #1 on this page?
