Unable to edit pic

  • Hi there,
    On the user profile edit page, when I click the default image to upload a new one, all the happens is the page refreshes and a “#” is appended to the URL of the page. I am not able to upload an image. Any idea what could be wrong? Thank you.

    Do you kmow if there are any console errors?

    If om chrome, right click the page you are on, and go to Inspect Element.

    Hi Ronald,
    Doesn’t look like there are any errors, nothing showing up in the Console screen – just the pound sign appears at the end of the URL. Console window just shows this:JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 and this: load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,jquery-ui-core,utils,zxcvbn-async,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-tabs,jquery-form,moxiejs,plupload&ver=4.9.6:9
