Unable to edit product categories

Hi,
I’m very interested the the bulk editor but one key feature that I’d like to trial is the editing of categories. According to other posts it looks possible but I think the plugin has mistakenly chosen other taxonomies in the free version – Please see attached: https://imgur.com/a/5aToGQ1

How can I go about remedying this? It looks like product categories are meant to be editable in the free version and I’d like to give it a spin if at all possible.
