Unable to edit results in on-going poll

    Our polling goes very well, but for reasons explained previously we have not implemented blocking (by IP or cookie). Predictably some pranksters vote multiple times. We can delete the votes in the log but this does not update the results. If we reset the votes in a poll it returns to zero, which destroys the exercise. Is there a simple fix? Help much appreciated.     Hi davidbick01,

    Edit your poll and in the “Answers” section, for each answer you have the “Change number of votes” option. Click on it and in the pop up select “Update According To Logs” and save.
