After the last update (9.2.1), I’m unable to edit my SEO at all, and it’s missing on every single post. The area to edit is there, but it’s blank. I can edit social media info for each post, but nothing else. Please help!!!

I have just installed WP Rollback which is allowing me to use an older version of the plug in and now it’s working. It had been a really long time since I updated and just randomly did today. Don’t know what I was on before but I’ve just taken it back to 8.0.

If you use WPML, there’s currently a reported bug between Yoast SEO 9.2.x and WPML. A fix for this issue has been made by WPML and is available in their beta. You can find more information on how to get access to the WPML beta here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-install-beta-and-development-versions-of-wpml/

If you do not use WPML and are not the person that opened this topic, please open a new request. That way it’s easier to track issues and provide assistance. Thanks!

simplykierste: If you do not use WPML, the Yoast SEO meta box relies on JavaScript to perform all its tasks. If JavaScript is disabled, blocked or detects a conflict, you may see a blank or semi-blank box.

Please try the suggestions here: Yoast SEO meta box is blank

The bug causing this in WPML has been resolved with the release of WMPL 4.1 so if you are using WMPL please upgrade to version 4.1

There is also a bug reported causing this issue when using WordPress version 4.8. This has been reported to our developers here and there will be a fix in the 9.3 release of the plugin. If you are using WordPress version 4.8 you can also resolve this by upgrading to WordPress version 4.9.8
