unable to edit testimonials

    Two new problems.

    On the Manage Groups & Testimonials screen, I clicked a testimonial to edit it and that worked OK. I closed the testimonial and tried to open it again but it never loads. Same thing happened trying to edit a different testimonial. The “waiting” icon just spins and spins. I have to reload the entire page to edit anything after the first edit. This happens whether I save the testimonial or not.

    I discovered this after checking the testimonials because the shortcode was only displaying content for one instead of all three.

    I figured out the shortcode is displaying the Short Review which was missing on two of the testimonials.

    Today, I spent all day with this problem. Two of the three sites where there is a this plugin has stopped working. The “waiting” icon just spins and spins.
    I could not manage Groups & Testimonials.

    I deactivate all other plugins. It did not help. I could not understand the differences between the two sites. The identical WP version, the identical set of plugins (and deactivated), the identical Thems. Different content only.

    You’re absolutely right. It is very difficult plugin. But very Nice!

    The last thing I tried – activated parental twentysixteen theme instead of a child.
    And it worked!

    Again, back to the child Theme and removed all the functions in function.php
    And nothing worked. Mystic!
    But yet found a solution (for me): at the end of the file function.php was written ?>

    In the original file that is not.
