Unable to edit user subscriptions

    This is a no-brainer, to have the ability to edit the users subscriptions/expiration dates.

    This way we can add users from one system give them a membership subscription with a specific time out.

    Quite a few threads on the premium.wpmudev forums asking for it yet it’s been a year+ on some of them and still doesn’t exist.

    Is there a 3rd party plugin someone wrote that adds user editing of subscription plans and expirations?

    Thanks for your suggestion, but currently there isn’t a way to edit a subscription or expiration apart from editing the database.

    That’s probably not a good idea though because the subscription in most cases will be handled by PayPal.

    Yes, I do know there isn’t a way. That’s the problem with the plugin.

    And no, it is necessary because we have users migrating from squarespace to wordpress and we need to have their subscription set with a specific expiration. When the migration is complete we need to give them a subscription that has specific cut off dates.

    And don’t worry about it, i’m almost done writing it myself; just ridiculously stupid that the plugin doesn’t have the ability to do it to begin with.

    For all services that use subscriptions, the necessity to modify the subscription needs to be there. Even your guys pointing to the table itself to be edited via phpmyadmin shows that people on your forums have requested this.

    There is more to a website than just a ‘fresh install’ to get started, people sometimes are moving to something that would be more productive and versatile for their needs than they already currently have.

    We develop features in the plugin which gets most and sufficient feature requests.

    This feature has got many feature requests from plugin users so this feature may be added in future version of plugin as replied by the plugin developer on the following thread.
