Unable to Embed Gallery

    I am a pro user with this plugin on many of my websites so I am familiar with the process. I have just added it to a new website at https://mikesmobilebikerepair.ca/videos/ and I am unable to embed a gallery.

    I can embed a playlist using shortcode, YouTube, and YouTube Wizard, without difficulty, but as soon as I try to embed a gallery I show a black screen with YouTube icon and link to “steps in this video”, which takes me to a video of how to create a YouTube API key, which I already have.

    I am using WordPress 6.5.3 with YouTube WordPress Plugin Pro by Embed Plus Version 14.2.1.2

    Hi,

    Since you’re Pro, please send the email to the priority support email described in your welcome email. In your response, could you share if you’ve used the Pro gallery to compose the gallery?

    I already did that and did not receive a response, which is why I posted here, and yes I was using Pro gallery to compose the gallery
