    Hi,

    I get this message when I’m trying to enable the plugin. Previously the plugin worked but today it was disabled and I’m not able to re-enable the plugin.

    WP Version: 5.2.1
    WP Theme: Porto
    WP Plugin version: Latest

    This is the error:

    Hello!

    Sorry, the problem with the service which I use for selling a premium version.
    Did you try to enable plugin with a user who had not installed the plugin before?

    Hi,

    Not sure, the thing is it was enabled yesterday and today I saw it was disabled. Can I remove the whole plugin and reinstall it again? Would that help?

    Hi,

    Re-installing, removing, clearing cache, install again doesn’t change anything. When I remove the plugin what items do I need to check if it is removed completely or does it leave some settings behind?

    Hello,

    Did you opt-in in freemius? Please, try to download plugin using different WP user.

    Hi,

    By opt-in in freemius what do you mean? Do I need a freemius shop to enable this? I removed the plugin and installed it with an other WP user and it returns the same error when activating the plugin.

    Any idea’s?

    Hello!

    When you activated the plugin the first time, freemius ask you your agreements to sending personal data.
    Please send me your domain, I will check it in freemius account.

    That’s the trick I also got the mail to activate and it’s activated now! When I’m going to switch the domain do I need to re-activate?
