Unable to enter licence key or access settings

I’m trying to enter the licence key for the Geotargeting addon, however when I click through as directed (https://www.donnawilson.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=popupbuilder&page=license), I get the message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

My geotargeted plugins are now appearing for all customers, regardless of location, and I can’t access the settings menu (https://www.donnawilson.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=popupbuilder&page=sgpbSettings) until I enter my licence key.
