The issue is with your Google Maps Browser API key.

The API Testing tool can only verify the Server API key, not the Browser API key.

The issue is that you did not authorize your site’s URL when you create the Browser API key.

Please see step 8 of this tutorial to learn how to properly autorize your site’s URL.

Did you make sure to authorize the URL in the Browser’s API key setting and not in the Server key?

Here -> https://prnt.sc/tzuthu you can see the error messages generated on your site which indicate the issue with the Browsers API key. On this page you can read the description of this issue.

You can try recreating a new Browser API key to see if it solves the issue.

Also, please make that you enabled all the required API services as described in steps 14 – 18 of the tutorial mentioned above.
