    Good Afternoon,

    I submitted a topic yesterday asking for help, as I am unable to enter any Product Data when adding a new product. I can see the section but I there are no boxes where I can add price or anything else.

    Can anyone help with this issue? Or is there another WooCommerce support option I could use?

  • Hey Steve,

    Thanks for the screenshot. I would suspect a conflict with another plugin or theme in this case. Something is modifying the product data box and removing fields.

    You can use the Health Check (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) plugin’s troubleshooting mode. It lets you disable plugins and switch themes, but only for logged in administrators. Everyone else sees the site normally.

    Then edit a product with only WooCommerce active. If it works, then try switching back to your original theme and check again. Keep checking while you activate plugins. When it breaks again, the last item activated is likely the source of the trouble.

    Let us know what you find out.

    turned out to be a caching issue within the theme for me. I had problems even when I tried other themes and had no other plugins activated…my hosting helped me clear the theme cache and it worked.

    Its a browser issue for me. Working on iMac in Chrome and product info is inaccessible, but soon as switched to Safari it works 1st time.

    I hope this helps others out for future reference.
