Unable to enter text in fields

    Hi Jeff,

    Thank you for your fantastic plugin, we have been using it successfully over the past few weeks to allow users to add content.

    Recently however users do not seem to be able to type directly into the text boxes on the form; strangely it does allow them to paste text however when they submit the post the page refreshes clearing the text and the post seems to vanish and not appear on the WP-Admin page. We’ve tried Chrome, Firefox and IE11, and it is not specific to one machine.

    Do you have any ideas?

    Hi Tom,

    It’s difficult to imagine what might be happening, context, other scripts, plugins, theme functions and everything else. But if you have a URL where I can view the form, I would be glad to take a look and see if anything weird is happening.

    Sorry for the late reply – not sure how to go about this as the site is only available on our internal network and are not able to make it externally available. Might be able to facilitate a remote session?

    Not sure, but I am glad to answer any questions you might have, and/or help with troubleshooting steps, etc. From your description it sounds like there is a JavaScript error or similar on the form page.

    Managed to get to the bottom of the issue – it was, in fact, a rogue plugin ??
