  • Hi there,

I did some testing on a few personal sites, but was not able to reproduce the issue. I was able to add categories to exclude and save successfully, then remove them and save successfully, then re-add them and save again without any issues each time.

JavaScript errors like the one you are seeing are usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another active plugin on your site. We address this type of problem by asking you to temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, and switch back to a default theme like Storefront.

After that, check to see if the issue is gone. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable the theme first, and then plugins one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can read more about conflict testing in our Self Service Guide here:

Thx but this is not a solution. Website is in production and all plug-ins are needed. I cannot des activate them. Did you check the js error? Is there any way you can find a solution to solve it?

A bug report has been reported for this issue. When this issue is closed, it’s likely a fix will be applied to the next release.
