    Hi. Thanks for the support.

During the migration, or when I start it, I get the following error message, “Unable to execute PHP file on the site. Please check with your hosting provider.”

If it’s a file that has to be created, can I manually create it before starting the migration? I’m afraid this is due to some security measures in place on the server or WordPress installation.

    Any suggestions

    Hey!

    Thank you for your message.

Yes, we do create multiple PHP files on the website & use them to complete the migration. These files cannot be pre-configured and added to the server.

You would need to check with the Server host to allow PHP execution for us to run the migration.

    Thank you,
    Aman Kedia
