Unable to export csv file of participants list

  • I am in admin role and unable to export csv file of participants list.
    1) When I click on “download csv for this list” button, in chrome, I am getting error “This site can’t be mywebsite.com unexpectedly closed the connection. ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
    2) But in Firefox, I am not getting any error but file is not downloaded.
    Plz help.

    Sorry, this is unfortunately not the answer of mey question.

    bevor the last update i use the shortcode
    [pdb_list template=wide fields=”firma,address,zip,city,website” orderby=random sort=true filter=”status=Mitglied”] no problems, every time a other sequence, very nice.
    But after the last update, not output with this shortcode.
    but with the shortcode without “orderby=random” output any with the same sequence, with any other orderby=”because of me” zip or adress no problems, sequence like zip or adress. In the moment i use [pdb_list template=wide fields=”firma,address,zip,city,website” sort=true filter=”status=Mitglied”] without orderby, i have a output but is not the same like random.
    I need the random output because everybody have the same chance of the first place in the list.

    Sorry for my enlish, I now is not the best. My german ist a lot better.

    @tramamohan This is likely an issue with the server, I’d suggest contacting your web host about the problem.
