Hi There, I am trying to export a layout containing the following:

    <iframe class="portfolio-embed" src="https://www.google.com/maps/d/embed?mid=14Vi-qyPv_KrhhFf_F5P_oD5uExE8Mrdh" width="100%"></iframe>

However the export button will not do anything until I remove the iframe code from the widget.

Could it be the URL string that is not supported?

    Hi shaun,

This type of issue happens when something is blocking the request. The most likely thing blocking the request f you’re not using any security plugins is Mod_Security. Please reach out to your hosting provider to report this issue and ask them if they can whitelist you, or review the rule that flagged this.

    Kind regards,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

You’re absolutely right – it was Wordfence preventing the export/import!

Once I disabled that, it worked just fine.

    Hi Shaun,

Great to hear that helped! ??
You should be able to use Wordfence while exporting a layout by temporarily putting Wordfence in Learning Mode and then exporting the layout. Then disable Learning Mode. That’ll allow for Wordfence to account for what it was previously blocking and not block the export.

    Kind regards,
    Alex
