    Hi, I am unable to export the Logs… when I click the button, nothing happens. I tried disabling other plugins, no js errors are shown. It doesn’t matter if I have selected any dates or type or none of those. Am I missing something?

    ^^ This is Chrome on Mac. i also just tried in Safari and Firefox and those go to a 404 page after clicking “Export”

    Hi @jdyach

    This issue usually occurs when our plugin is unable to save the export file in the uploads folder. To fix this, please ensure that the uploads folder has the correct permissions to allow writing.

    To set the proper permissions for the uploads folder:

    1. Connect to your website via FTP or use your hosting control panel’s file manager.
    2. Navigate to the wp-content/uploads/ directory.
    3. Set the permissions to 755 for the uploads folder. This grants the web server permission to read and write files in this directory.

    I can see the individual txt files of the chat logs in the uploads directory, so I believe the plugin is writing to the folder successfully.

    I did not mention before and not sure if it matters, that this is a multisite?
