Unable to export more than 3 months of data

    Thanks for contacting support forum.

    Okay, so let us debug it.

    Can you please do following for me?

    Add following lines to wp-config.php file.

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Please add those lines before.

    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    This will create a debug.log file in /wp-content/ folder.

    Now, please try to export the report. If problem appears again, please send me contents of debug.log file in next message, so that we can investigate the issue.

    Was this resolved? I am having the same problems.

    I get a blank box and an okay button.

    I tried the above and this error popped up the first time:

    Can you please follow the steps mentioned here and let me know what is the output?

    I’m not seeing a debug file anywhere. This is happening when exporting to XLS as far as I can tell.
