Unable to find banner setting

Thanks. I did not notice it, as it was right down at the bottom!

1. I found the setting button and changed the image to my own. But even after hours, your default Astra image is only showing in my browser, though in Customizer, I am able to see the changed image. I have cleared my browser cache several times.
2. In the customizer, I am getting a vertical margin or border between the header and the banner image top. Does not go away on adjusting padding. How do I get rid of this?

Let me add: I have also cleared WP Cache. Still problem persists.

1. Does your hosting have a built-in cache feature? You might also want to check and clear it. As well as clear the CDN cache if you use one. Or maybe you are using CloudFlare? The point is, this such thing is commonly related to the cache.
2. Would you mind share with us screenshots for this?
