Unable to find cities that match

    Hello,
    I am trying to implement your plugin and have done so successfully on other sites. On this particular site, it is telling me that there are no cities that match and then the widget doesn’t show up at all on the site. The location is in fact available on OpenWeather but it is not showing when I type it in.

    I think your site is using SSL certificate, isn’t it?

    Also seeing “Unable to find cities that match” when trying to add new city. Using SSL as well.

    Unfortunately, Open Weather Map doesn’t provide for free SSL query. So, we can’t provide autocompletion if your site is using SSL.

    BUT, your weather will still works properly in front-end (eg on our official website, we use https://wpcloudy.com)
