unable to install plugins

Hi All,

I am new to wordpress and having problems with plugins. I am unable to find plugins in my live wordpress site where as i have a local site i have plugin on it. I have tried many ways to get the plugin in my live site but its not working. I wanted to bring the live word press site to local site using duplicator that is not working as i dont have plugin in live site. Please help me how can i have plugin in the live blog site and how to bring the wordpress blog site to the local wamp server.
