Unable to find sticky element id

Inspected the code, looked through the answers here and youtube but nothing worked.

Took me over 30 mins wasted time and so would only work for me if I pay for pro upgrade. Now I’m so frustrated that you’ve lost me as a potential pro customer. Should help customers more with this as surely can’t be hard to provide some instruction. Very dissatified.
