Unable to find the logout element / difficult to setup paypal api id / email sen

Dear in charge,
I am impress with this plugin and like it very much.

But i have few issues when using it as below :
1. I cant find the logout element. No page n link etc thus when i go into my profile page n unable to logout…

2. Is there any easier way to configure paypal setting? For example woocommerce, we just need to input our paypal id n is done !

Another proposal is can we have custom payment gateways functions too that we can add ourself?

3. Is there any way to change the email sender to recipient ? Currently is always show WordPress in recipients emails received. Preferred email sender can be website title etc.
