    I had installed this plugin and later removed it. But Facebook still shows that it is connected to woocommerce and now has orders I’m unable to process due to this.

    History:

    1. Installed the plugin successfully and had it connected to Facebook.
    2. Decided I didn’t want woocommerce directly connected to Facebook in this manner so I disconnected per instructions, removed plugin, deleted catalog from Facebook, removed app, and deleted user.
    3. Checked my orders on Facebook and it still shows orders are managed by woocommerce.
    4. New order came in, it too shows orders managed by woocommerce but now both are stuck “waiting for acknowledgement from woocommerce”

    I really need help on this as this is going to affect my customer’s experience.

    I’m sorry this is happening on your site. Let’s get this resolved ASAP!

    To clear the Facebook details from your site, navigate to your WordPress options page https://YOURSITE.com/wp-admin/options.php (be sure to have a backup of the site, and only edit the following fields)

    In here please clear the value for the following fields:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id

    wc_facebook_system_user_id

    wc_facebook_business_manager_id

    wc_facebook_merchant_access_token

    wc_facebook_page_access_token

    wc_facebook_page_id

    wc_facebook_pixel_id

    If it does not show these fields, or if the fields are blank, that will be fine.

    I’ve followed the above steps and followed the steps to remove items.

    I am still having orders stuck in Facebook saying
    “Order pending acknowledgement by WooCommerce Integration
    This order hasn’t been acknowledged on your order management surface yet. Once the order is acknowledged, you’ll be able to start fulfilling it.”

    Even when fully integrated woocommerce NEVER responds so an order can be processed.

    Any help here is greatly appreciated. I have contacted Facebook several times and have yet to get any help.

    Upon doing more research it seems that the plugin is not acknowledging the orders when made on Facebook. How can I test and correct this?

    Currently, if you go through the Shop setup as covered in the documentation at this link it is supposed to set up the Checkout portion. What is going on is Facebook is auto checking/auto activating the Shopify gateway instead of the option to Checkout on another site which is what is needed for WooCommerce, as seen in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/qNX7Rh

    If that option for Instagram/Facebook is left selected with the Turn on Shopify payment method left checked, then that is the type of payment gateway which is set up – which seems to be what happened here.

    To remedy this and have WooCommerce work to take payments from Facebook, the option for setting up the Shop needs to be re-done, and the choice to Check on another website needs to be selected:

    Once this is done, we would expect that any order after that will process through WooCommerce normally, and show up under WooCommerce > Orders. Prior orders however will not.
