Unable to gain access to WP log-in

  • I just tried the link and it is asking for the password to view the file with a suggestion like “Use masker23370 and CMS password”. Could you check if the file does exist using ftp and has proper permissions?

    The suggestion is to use the log-in information go get to the blog log-in page. The blog is hosted on a server owned by Creative Motion Design, where I have my website. I do not have the FTP access information needed to check on existing files.

    Perhaps this is an issue that may only be resolved through my websites’ technical support team, as they would have the FTP access to modify files.
