Unable to get a Woocommerce Add-On because of www.ads-software.com account

    When trying to get an Add-on for my Woocommerce Site in order to check out it says I must have a WordPress.com account, but I have a www.ads-software.com account and it will not let me log into a WordPress.com account, therefore, I am unable to purchase the Add-on for my site. Also, I cannot use their customer support system because it requires you to log onto a WordPress.com to use it.

    WordPress.com != www.ads-software.com They are two separate organizations. Get a wp.com account as it’s free and apparently you need it for what you’re doing.
