Unable to get access to my wp-admin

  • For the last few days I have been trying to access my wp-admin for my wordpress site. When I go to my wp-admin I do not get the lot in screen, I get the following message/code

    init()->ve_manager()->run(require VE_CONFIG.’/ve-config.php’);

    Can someone tell me what this means?
