Unable to get banner to appear right on desktop and mobile

  • Hi, newbie here.
    I am trying to get my header image (1500 x 450, as advised) to appear nicely on both desktop and mobile device.

    Currently,
    on desktop, the banner image is repeated twice.
    on mobile device, I only see a zoomed in part of the banner.

    Can someone please advise a workaround for this? Was wondering I need to edit code to make the banner responsive. If yes, can you kindly advise on the code change?

  • Hi, It looks like you used plugin for the image. You can go to the plugin settings and try to make the image responsive.

    Am not sure which plugin is causing this. I reviewed all my installed plugins and don’t seem to see (or know of) any plugin that could be causing banner image un-responsiveness.

    Was wondering how I can investigate this further. Not sure if this will help but
    will sharing my list of installed plugins aid in troubleshooting?
