Unable to get file thumbnail to work

It seems like, the image URL is broken. Have you tried to enter that image URL in your browser’s address bar to make sure that image is accessible?

OK.. Just tested the image URL, and it works fine.
It links to a PNG file that is 439K in size.

But, maybe this is related, I just hit “remove image” to try a different image, and I got an error message that says “Error with AJAX” ??

I tried a few different images from either my computer or my media library, and they all load with the broken image symbol.

Any idea what this is about? Perhaps related?

Any more ideas about the broken image links and the “Error with AJAX” message? Everything else about the plugin looks perfect for what I want to do, I just want to assign an image to the download link as the final piece!

if you scroll down the page the older items are still showing the thumbnail. They’re all linked to the exact same png so I’m struggling to work out what the problem is.

I have tried different images, but nothing is ever displayed no matter what image I choose.

The thumbnail image doesn’t seem to be attached with this download item. What value do you see when you edit this download item and look in the thumbnail URL field?

OK. I had “None” selected for the Link URL.
I changed the Link URL to “File URL”, and now my image shows!

So, now I have a thumbnail image.
But it is very small. Is there a way to display a medium sized image instead of such a small thumbnail?

Perfect! I luckily have a CUSTOM.CSS file with my theme, so I am able to put in there and (once I flushed my browser cache!) I am able to adjust these elements.

Is there a way to make it so you can also click on the “image” and it will also trigger the “download” and work the counter?
