unable to get international shipping

  • Greetings,

    I am currently trying to get this store’s international shipping to work via USPS. I get the error “No shipping options were found for [insert international address]”. I do not want to do a flat rate and I have the USPS simple and woocommerce shipping plugins activated, but no luck. When I try to add a shipping method, USPS/dhl does not show, nor are their other options enable to fix the error for international shipping. Everything works for domestic and plugins/wordpress is all up to date.

    In order for us to better help, we would need to take a closer look at your shipping configuration.

    With that said, can you please provide us with the following:

    A screenshot of your current shipping zones setup (you can use Snipboard.io to send us a screenshot).
    A link to the product/s you are seeing the issue with.
    A “shipping to” address we can use for testing.

    Furthermore, are you using the standalone USPS shipping method from https://woocommerce.com/products/usps-shipping-method/ or the https://woocommerce.com/products/shipping/ one?

    Could you also please provide us with your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page?

    Here is the screenshot of our shipping methods. We wanteed to get rates directly from USPS, but there isn’t an option to do that, so we left the zones the way they are. We do not want to do flat rate or free shipping as the cost is extremely high on our end.
