Unable to get list of projects (rest_forbidden Error)

Plug in failed to show the list of projects after upgrade to version 2.
When i click in projects menu in the WP Administrator it won’t display anything.
in the console i got an internal server error (500) in response to GET https://localhost/wp/wp-json/pm/v2/projects?status=incomplete&per_page=-1&page=1.It is returning a json object with the following error:
