unable to get name and e-mail address of others in Contact 7 form

  • Hello,

    I have contact form 7 installed on my friends website. The problem is whenever someone sends him e-mail, he neither gets their name or their e-mail address. Moreover, he is getting e-mail from the hosting company e-mail.

    Like [email protected]

    Can anyone tell me whats the issue?
