Unable to get new theme

    I install 2 new wordpress as usual by using subdomain, everything is fine. However, whenever i try to install a new theme, it shows as below:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    When i click to support forum. It links to here. But i could not find out what is going wrong. My web https://www.membership.pasolinks.com
