Unable to get Plugin to work

FYI I had a developer look at this and he solved it. Was something to do with PHP7.

He referenced the following: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31206186/call-to-undefined-function-simplexml-load-string-in-cron-file
He said he used that but modified it for apache2

Sorry for not responding sooner – I didn’t get an alert.

Can I just confirm that the issue was a missing PHP module on your webserver? Not a coding issue with the plugin?

I’ll try to reproduce later my disabling the module … perhaps I can add some sort of error message and instructions if this is the problem.

Yes this is correct. It was missing a module however we did not see it listed as a pre req?
