Unable to get Plugin to Work, no response to my emails

I purchased the Pro version but am unable to get the watermark to work. Our PDFs are hosted via Amazon AWS S3 storage. All tests throw an error message:
TCPDI_PARSER ERROR [C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wp/wp-content/uploads/waterwoo-pdf/RP-20-14_1489178799_wc_order_58c310a2e4079-58c310afb96b4-r.pdf]: Unable to find startxrefI’ve emailed you numerous times through your website but have not received any responses. Please help.
